Microsoft Outlook support

Using Email Archiver with Outlook is now supported. Please note that Email Archiver works differently with Oulook as compared to Apple’s Mail. Email Archiver does not alter your Outlook installation or email files in any way. It simply  copies some messages you export by dragging.

Here are the steps:

1. In Outlook open a folder, or other list of emails that you want to convert to PDF.
2. Drag these emails into an empty folder on your computer (for instance desktop). This will make Outlook copy ‘.eml’ files into the folder.
3. Run Email Archiver and drag the .eml files into the small Email Archiver window or the dock icon.
4. Email Archiver will then create a folder of PDFs and attachments for you.

This solution is useful to export for instance all email for one client or topic into a folder of PDFs suitable for sending to other programs.
